The place was clean. I called the day before to ensure someone would be at the front desk for my late arrival, but the woman on the phone began asking for my information. When I asked why she needed it, she said she was signing me up for a membership. I told her I didn’t want one. The morning after my stay, as we were checking out, I got two consecutive emails thanking me for signing up. I was upset, so I went to the front desk to ask about it; the employee was rude, saying the system did it and she couldn’t do anything, and told me to call corporate. I’ll do that because I never consented to sign up for any membership, free or not.
