“A solid 4 star, definitely not a 5 star.”
It had a good location. It was not by far a 5 star. It would have been a solid family run 4 star, but missed all the extra attention of the fifth star. The bedroom: spacious, though overlooking and a parking lot. The minibar was empty! Not a single thing inside. The shower was small (70cm width) and had a plastic stool inside on which to put toiletries instead if a niche. They didn’t even offer shampoo and conditioner which I had to go out to buy. Limited amenities and toiletries. No spa bag. The staircase didn’t have a sensor for light, so you have to switch it on manually. The Spa was half finished, one of the infrared saunas was not completed and there was no sign to say so. Un the evening the bar closed early, the waiter just couldn’t wait to go home, never came back to clear the table or ask whether we wanted more drinks. Generally, the hotel would have been a very good 4 star with relative 4 star prices, but definitely needs a lot of work, especially on service, to qualify as a 5 star
