“Si no te gusta, vete. Somos los dueños.”

It was a terrible experience. The staff verbally abused us and even threatened physical aggression just because we asked if they could fix a missing control for the TV, the shower keys, a single screw, or give us a feeding schedule – there was no information at all. The hostel management told us to cancel the booking with you and do it directly at the hostel, offering better prices. That happened when I called the WhatsApp number for general info.
