Great location, but unfortunately, the staff didn't exactly roll out the welcome mat. There was only one person on duty, and they seemed pretty grumpy. The bed sheet was dirty, and the toilet was stinking. Not exactly the kind of start you want to a holiday.

The staff at this place were absolute stars - so friendly and helpful. And the location? Perfect. It's quiet, with a lovely view of the river and a top-floor deck area that's shaded just right. The only issue is that some drivers might have trouble finding the place, but a quick Google search sorts that out. A small map on the hotel card would be a nice touch, though.

To be honest, there wasn't much to write home about here. The place was dirty, and that's about it.

The staff were lovely, and the location was nice and quiet, but there were a few little things that let the place down. No soap in the shower, no cups for tea or coffee, and only one towel for two people. It's not exactly rocket science to get these things right, but it would've made a big difference to our stay.

I was looking for a place to get away from the city and unwind, and this place delivered exactly what I wanted. It's a bit of a trek to the metro, but you can walk to the main street in 10 minutes and get taxis or autos easily. The only thing that could've been improved was the bathroom - it was a bit basic. But overall, it was a great spot to relax.
