The staff were very helpful, arranging bus tickets and offering various assistance; because I checked in early, they upgraded me to a Duffle room and were attentive. The hotel’s interior and rooms feature nice earthen walls that give a cozy vibe, and the rooms were clean and charming. The Nizawa Fort, restaurant, and souk are nearby, making it easy to stay comfortable. The daytime heat makes the hotel a pleasant refuge, and we received a Nizawa incense souvenir when we left.
