The building was spotless, the room felt very cozy, and the bathroom was spacious with a window. The breakfast was excellent, everything was superb, and the owner was genuinely helpful and very accommodating.

“struttura accogliente per strada verso bologna”

The welcome was truly great, and the room’s location near the highway was perfect. Just two minutes on foot from the hotel is a pizzeria‑restaurant, which is very convenient. I was heading to Bologna and the next day I reached the free parking on the outskirts in 20 minutes without much trouble. One thing I forgot to mention to the owner is that at night I had to work on my laptop and, upon seeing the handwritten Wi‑Fi password, I didn’t bother to ask. After five attempts I switched to the hotspot because it was very late and I didn’t want to disturb anyone. I suggest asking her for the password, she is truly very helpful.

The host was incredibly kind and very hospitable, making you feel at home. The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge with a very large shower. I will definitely return if I need a room nearby. It was all perfect.
