The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting me with booking the bus to Nyaung Shwe and using the laundry service, which was well done and reasonably priced; the breakfast was also consistently well prepared and served by very courteous staff.

The location was good and quiet, the beds comfortable, and the staff welcoming; everything was fine, though the rooms could use some painting or minor renovation as they look a bit old.
