I paid for this and was told it was fully booked; I’m still waiting for my refund!!!

The property is beautiful with plenty of surrounding space. However, the air‑conditioning unit didn’t work, making the house very cold, especially in winter. The bedroom was particularly chilly; a heating system (the air conditioner) should be fixed or added, and carpets or rugs would help since the tile gets very cold. The bath/shower system also needs fixing—most shower fixtures didn’t work and hot water ran out quickly.
