The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the owners were friendly, parking was available under the building, and the market was nearby. However, the room was on the top floor with almost no windows, the bathroom was dark, and the space was very small, only equipped with a TV, bed, and wardrobe—nothing else. Access was difficult because of many stairs, so if you have trouble climbing stairs, look elsewhere. Overall, the room and the white‑brick building were fine, but it wasn’t worth the price; for 400‑500 zł per night in Kazimierz you could rent a modern, small apartment with a comfortable bed, a nice new bathroom with a large bathtub or new shower, and a private kitchen, whereas here the kitchen is shared among all residents with no way to cook even the simplest meals. I’d recommend this place only if you can pay no more than 250 zł per night; 400‑500 zł is far too high.
