Located opposite the Capitole, a great restaurant with very reasonable prices. The valet parking on site is very convenient and truly helpful, just like the rest of the staff elsewhere.

A hotel with character, interesting décor, and well equipped. The view from the room was awful, looking out onto a narrow technical courtyard with pipes and grates, and it was very dark.

“I almost didn’t want to stay, but we walked to the amphitheater and that was so convenient.”

The confidence to the Riverfront amphitheater. The hallways were musty and need new carpets. The A/C was very noisy and the bathroom sink was clogged.

“Just OK”

The staff were very nice. After we checked in and reached our room, we found the toilet wouldn’t flush. The front desk sent someone up to fix it right away. Later that night, after returning from the concert, we grabbed the two complimentary water bottles on the lower shelf of the sideboard, only to find one was already open and partially drunk. When I went downstairs, the front desk replaced the water. When we arrived, I tipped the valet $20.00, yet we had to haul our bags ourselves onto a trolley with a broken wheel (the only trolley available) that barely fit in the elevator—only one of our party could squeeze in to go up to our floor. We struggled to get it into the elevator and no one offered help. Upon arriving at our room, we discovered the toilet didn’t work. Later that night we found that one of the complimentary water bottles had already been opened and half the water was gone. A thick layer of dust covered the shelf where the towels were. The pull‑out couch was extremely uncomfortable.
