The spot is spot on—just off the BRPW and a short walk from solid restaurants. The downside? The pool was shut for the season, and even though the brochure said it was heated, it felt nothing like that.

Everything worked out fine except one hiccup: when we got back the next afternoon our room was untouched, even though we’d already been there the day before. The front desk told us we’d need to request that service, and if that’s the rule, it should have been mentioned at check‑in.

“Perfektes Hotel für kurzen oder längeren Aufenthalt”

We felt right at home here—friendly front‑desk lady, a big, cozy, spotless room, and a decent breakfast spread. The hotel sits on a main street, which was perfect for us because we could drive to the park, restaurants, and mall without hassle. Our room faced the back of the building.

“If you want to lay your head down for a night, it was okay.”

The room was clean and convenient. There was no hand soap, so I had to ask for an ice bucket and only received the liner. I checked in late Saturday afternoon and wanted to use the pool Sunday morning, but it opened at 10 and check‑out was at 11. I had planned to exercise in the pool because there was no fitness room.

“Poor experience for any motel let alone a Hilton.”

Room very clean and domestic staff excellent. Breakfast lacking in many ways. Out of bowls for cereal, strawberries for yogurt out for most of my stay,coffee creamer out for several days, orange juice all water a few days and no staff in Breakfast room some days. Room had no microwave or coffee machine. Tv hard to manage and chanel choices too much sports and cartoons. Choices very poor. Refrigerator way too small. No grab bar beside toilet. Desk staff needing sensitivity training wanting to put a (me) obviously elderly woman with mobility issues using a cane up on the 3rd floor. I even asked at booking for a first floor room. I stayed here because it was very convenient to both my friends I was visiting. Comfort Inn had way better Breakfast grab bars in bathroom, tv channels and desk staff. See previous answer
