A cozy little house with a lovely courtyard and friendly hosts. The view from the window is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. The metro to the city center is only a few stops away, but getting to the metro from the hill is a bit tough because I'm pregnant. If you’re not pregnant, the location is still great.

Not the first time. It feels like coming home to relatives rather than a guest house. The hospitality is warm and heartfelt. Everything is clean, tidy, and the bed is comfortable. The location is wonderful, in a fairly quiet area, and within walking distance you’ll find everything you need: fresh bread, pharmacies, a supermarket, and many small shops with vegetables, fruit, cheese, and pastries. Driving to the old town center takes 5‑7 minutes, or you can walk in about 40 minutes. If you’re sociable, open, and friendly, this place is for you—heartfelt Georgian evenings are guaranteed.
