The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check‑in was quick, and there was a welcome note from the staff on the cupboard mirror. Thank you.

I accidentally booked the wrong location for the swing and pillows, and when I reached out to the person in charge, they ignored my request and offered no support. The customer service was bad.

The bed is good, the air‑con works well, and the location is convenient. The toilet isn’t great, and the side bed lamp is broken.

I liked everything, only the room felt a bit cramped.

Checked in late at night, but MUHIB was very helpful and friendly, even though it was just a short stop.
