The staff were friendly and everything was spotless, but the shower only produced boiling water even after half an hour of trying to adjust it. We didn’t call because it was 3 am, so we just went to bed.

“Un hotel al que siempre apetece volver!”

This is my second time staying here and once again the experience was outstanding. It’s definitely one of the best hotels I’ve been to. I want to highlight how comfortable the mattress and pillows are, allowing for wonderful rest, and the impeccable cleanliness. I also appreciate the friendly and attentive service from the front desk and buffet staff, who are always helpful. It’s a pleasure to encounter such professionals. The location is ideal for visiting Horrorland Scream Park, making the stay even more convenient. Overall, a hotel that meets every expectation and I fully recommend it. If I’m staying again, it’s because it’s worth it, and I’m sure I’ll return. Thank you for making the stay so enjoyable! 😊

The facilities were very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay; the bed was cozy and the staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and full. The shower temperature was hard to set, and in the mornings the room wasn’t very soundproof, so you could hear people leaving rooms and housekeeping.

“Great location, nice place, good value for money.”

The location is nice, away from the city’s hustle and bustle. The room was clean and spacious enough for a couple of nights. The pool area was pleasant, especially at this time of year when it’s not too crowded. Breakfast, though lacking hot dishes, was fresh with a good variety and friendly service. The air conditioning in the corridors was too cold, especially when coming in from the warm sun.
