The hotel is close to the Palermo train station, which was convenient. However, the manager never replied to our messages; we had to call her to get any response. I had asked for a baby bed, but it was not provided even though the description said it was possible. The staff were not very welcoming.

The reception and staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, and the proximity to the train station was a plus. There was nothing negative to mention.

The room was for four people, an enormous space with a balcony, air conditioning, and Wi‑Fi all included in the price, just like in some other hotels. The breakfast was Italian—coffee, croissants, and sweets. The whole city center is within walking distance.
