I stayed at the hotel for my birthday and really enjoyed it; the room was nice, comfortable, and tidy, service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful, everything was well taken care of so I had a pleasant birthday stay. The only downside was that the staff spoke only English; since the hotel is in Antwerp, I expected Dutch or French as well, so it would be nice if guests could be assisted in one of those languages. Other than that, I had nothing to complain about.

“Need to get what you book”

Super friendly staff. Room a good size for a wheelchair user. Bathroom with walk-in shower super, it was a good size, had plenty of hanging and bag space in Bathroom, and had a super, dry space at the other end of shower. Only a minor.on an evening check-in, we arrived at our room, only find it was made up as one bed. When we booked via booking .com, there was an option to book 2 x single beds, which we did. The receptionist said that there were no guarantees of this and no twin rooms left. In the end we suggested just separating the beds and giving us the appropriate linen. It was late, so I guess no one to do it, so they gave us the linen and we had to separate the beds and make them up ourselves.(not the easiest as a weelchair user, but we managed)! Otherwise, a lovely stay in a lovely hotel!

We paid for 24 or a full day for the parking although during the day we were not using it. Should be lower cost for not using the parking or according to time use
