The location is good and the complete silence helps you rest better. There was only one thin sheet, which at midnight was freezing; if you want something warm and comfortable, this might not be the best choice.

We had a mishap with an item left behind at the hotel, and the staff kindly sent it to Guatemala City; it was an oil we had bought in San Juan, and thanks to their diligence we were able to recover it.

The service is good, but the curtains on the windows where I stayed did not cover the entire space.

The spot is great, just a stone’s throw from the main street, and the bed feels comfy. They claim breakfast is included, but since last year it hasn’t been. They also say there’s a terrace, yet none exists. I asked for a light to be fixed and never got any help.
