The place was spotless and everything was in order, and the hosts were super friendly and always ready to lend a hand. The location was spot on—right next to everything you’d need. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.

Gustavo and Dani made a great first impression—friendly and helpful. The place was quiet and clean. I was a bit thrown off by the rule about not walking barefoot and the extra fee for using the stove, which I wish they'd mentioned up front.

The spot was convenient and the bathroom was clean, but you have to pay to use the kitchen, which is odd for a hostel. The room had no window and smelled damp, and the manager, though friendly, slept in the lobby and seemed to know where I was, which made me feel a bit uneasy.

Gustavo was always on hand, offering surf lessons and board rentals at a better price than the beach, plus capoeira sessions. The only downside was the $20 fee to use the kitchen.
