The lodge was very quiet and family‑friendly; it’s not close to the city center, so you need a car, though you can walk to the park if you’re willing to do a lot of walking. For those seeking peace and silence, I recommend it. The lodge has a well‑equipped kitchen, but I didn’t use it—just grabbed water that was available to us. I didn’t like the moldy smell; we were welcomed with closed windows and doors, which intensified the odor, but keeping the window open during our stay helped it dissipate. I also didn’t like the mattress.

We were welcomed with great affection and felt right at home! The room was very comfortable and the cleaning impeccable. We slept an excellent night at the lodge. Great value for money! They provide a fridge, water and a coffee maker. Highly recommend! No faults at all.
