The value for money is great, the room meets all basic requirements, is very comfortable, and on Saturdays a street fair happens on the street next to the room, which is very helpful if you need to shop over the weekend. The bathroom is separate from the room, which can be a bit inconvenient because you have to share the bathroom depending on the time; I stayed for a week and only had to wait once, but otherwise the room is very good.
