The location is perfect, safe, and close to restaurants and shops for shopping. The facilities are comfortable, and the bunk beds have plenty of showers and toilets. The only downside is that the beds didn’t have curtains.

My stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly, the facilities modern and everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet offers a lot of variety, so it’s worth paying a bit more to dine there. I would definitely come back. Nothing I didn’t like.

The staff are simple and friendly, but since my last visit they now charge for towels and bag storage, which wasn’t the case before.

The hotel is located perfectly in the center, but for the price of 2160 kronor per day it’s not worth it. The staff are friendly, the location is good, the shower, elevator and beds are excellent. The breakfast was bad, the restaurant mats were very dirty, the toilet paper holder was broken, the sink was totally blocked, and the locks for three toilets at the reception were all non‑functional, so I got locked in. Luckily someone came in the toilet and helped me out. The overall rating must reflect that the hotel needs to improve its facilities.
