I liked the quietness of the hotel. The staff were unresponsive, no soaps were provided even after many requests, and the food was very bad.

The location was wrong. They were sending us to another place which I denied

Nothing about the property appealed to me. The AC was dead, the lift wouldn't move, staff seemed unresponsive, and no proper calls were taken for the issues.

Staff were friendly and I'd stay again. Cleanliness could have been better – floors dusty, bathroom left with used soap and razor. The water bottle we received was chargeable but we weren't told; I drink a lot and had to refill repeatedly, only once there was no water so they handed a packaged bottle that required payment, which should have been explained.
