It was close to Niagara Falls, Canada—just a 5‑minute walk—and there were plenty of outdoor activities; the casino was also a 5‑minute walk, and I saw fireworks, though I'm not sure if I'll stay there again. The bathroom was too small; you couldn't even sit next to the toilet, and it was right next to the toilet paper. The floor was dirty, and the elevators weren't cleaned for the first two days, then they started cleaning. Overall, I gave it 65 out of 100.

I didn't like it at all because there was no hygiene at all. When I arrived at 11:00 pm, the floor was dirty; the lobby was tidy, but the key was given to me, and when I entered the room, the shower was blocked, so my husband had to find a way to unblock it and they gave us a plunger. When I tried to sleep, the bed was covered in black hair, which was disgusting, and there was no towel for covering up—an absolute disaster. I went to get coffee and everything was dirty. The next day, the breakfast tables and floor were also dirty, showing no hygiene. I was not satisfied with my stay. I had to pay for parking when I left, even though they told me it was free, and the reception offered no help. I won't recommend it. Hygiene needs a huge improvement, and they should have bilingual staff at reception.

The room was tidy and the beds were super comfy. But there was no trash can in the bathroom, the shower stall had hair left by earlier guests, and the receptionist was pretty unfriendly.

Me gustó todo.! Queda a 10 minutos caminando de las cataratas, tiene servicio de parqueadero gratis, queda muy cerca de todo el comercio, la atención del personal es maravillosa, tienes disponible café las 24 horas y las habitaciones son muy cómodas. La cobija es muy delgada.
