The place seriously needs renovation. The bathrooms are a disaster, doors drag on the floor, melamine plastic peels everywhere, and mould is present. The window glass is blown out. The furniture is shockingly stained. Breakfast was pricey for a sad‑looking buffet with tables left dirty.

The location was spot on, the staff were friendly, and the food was great.

The location is convenient because my daughter lives nearby. The beer had no bitter on the draught, and the IPA was £5.50 a pint, almost double what I pay locally.

Parking was fine, but everything else was disappointing.
