The hotel was quiet, modern, industrial‑styled, with a large pool that compares favorably to other city hotels, and the staff were extremely courteous. The mattress was very soft.

The room and bathroom were spacious, very comfortable and spotless. The spot was convenient—only two metro stops from the city center and the neighborhood is very walkable with plenty of restaurants. The metro line that goes to the airport made travel easy. We also liked the pool area, which stayed clean and open. The staff were friendly and ready to help with anything. The bathroom sometimes emitted a strange odor, and it was rare that we could open the windows because street noise was loud, so we kept them shut (great noise isolation). A full‑length mirror would have been nice.

The bathroom mat was very dirty, and the room was very dusty. Also, the staff asked for a deposit that was supposed to be refunded to our card after two weeks, which is completely unacceptable to me
