The hotel's location is a major plus, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by some serious issues. I booked a room online, but when I arrived, they claimed it had been cancelled and refused to take payment. The staff seemed unclear about their policies, which made it hard to know what to expect - but what was even more frustrating was their expectation that I would be flexible and accommodating, even when they were being dishonest.

The hotel's central location was a major plus, making it easy to get around the city. However, the cleanliness of the washrooms left a lot to be desired - I was surprised to find them not as spotless as I'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. What really threw me off, though, was the lack of basic essentials like napkins in the rooms - it's not exactly a luxury item, but it's something you'd think would be standard.
