The location and friendly staff stood out, and the view from the room was extraordinary; the roof‑top restaurant was impressive. However, the breakfast could improve—it's not a buffet, which makes the meal take longer; there’s no fruit in the options, which is surprising for a 4* hotel. The pillows are too high, which can be a problem for some guests.

Fantastic location, clean rooms, extremely friendly helpful staff, comfortable beds. I don’t like that on the 4th floor and lower that it is an odd and strange room set up with two steps up to the desk area and seating area
