Lovely quiet location out of the centre but 5 minutes from most amenities including 7/11. Beach about 10-15 minute walk, towel provided by the the hotel. Huge rooms with a good shower; hosts very helpful and friendly. Lovely backdrop of a little jungle creates mostiqto heaven. Some construction going on next door although didn’t impact us the 3 nights we were there. Mosque speakers did wake me one night

The owner gave me a scooter, but contrary to our agreement he tried to return it early, took the keys from me, and wouldn’t let me retrieve my belongings – a very unpleasant experience.

The location is quiet with nicely arranged gardens and trees, not far from shops. The front door rattles and needs a better latch, and there was no hot water in the sink, making shaving uncomfortable.

The place is clean, with regular housekeeping, quiet and even shaded. Our friends, who were stuck because of the conflict in Iran, moved in with us and said, “If we had known how good this was, we would have moved earlier.” It’s convenient to pick up free beach towels at reception and return them after the beach. The air‑conditioner should be placed elsewhere, like above the room entrance; we were worried it would blow at night, but it didn’t.

The place felt modern, spacious and tidy, but it was far from the train station and took about two hours of traffic to get there.
