“Lovely premises looks great , clean tidy”
The place is clean and well maintained, the ladies at reception were great, showers were hot, furniture was good, the balcony was smoking‑free and people didn’t smoke in the rooms, which is a plus. It’s a bit far from the city centre, and the man on staff needs to improve his customer service. We eventually got an early check‑in for $10 more, 6 hours early, which was good; the process required a few repeat inquiries to confirm it was possible. I liked the promises and would stay again – the price is good. This isn’t a criticism, just a way to help improve the service and the hotel; I’m a frequent traveler and write honest reviews.
