The property was well maintained; it felt cozy, comfortable, spacious, and clean. The owners were friendly and helpful, so I’d definitely return and recommend it. The only drawback is the lack of an elevator, which makes it a bit tough for elderly guests with weak legs to climb the stairs.

The room had everything you need for one night: a working TV, a clean bathroom, and good air‑conditioning. The location is great and you still hear nothing at night. I would book here again. The only downside was that the door wasn’t completely tight, letting light from the stairwell spill into the room, but I still slept well.

The room was very spacious and spotless, and the owners were extremely friendly. The place sits in a convenient spot close to many bars and eateries, and a short Grab ride takes you to the bus terminal.

The hosts were lovely, friendly, and welcoming. The room was simple but adequate for one night, equipped with a kettle and a fridge, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was decent, though quite small and awkward. The location was close to the market and several sites, and the station is about 1 km away, making it easy to walk.

The location is good, within walking distance of sights you might want to see in Hat Yai. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the clock tower where you can catch a minivan to Songkhla. The staff were really nice. The only drawback was the many stairs.
