“Don't think I would stay there again”
The property is beautiful and full of various birds, but we were almost given a small dome tent with the C.R outside, which wasn’t what I paid for and was very damp inside. After I complained, they offered an upgrade for extra money; I showed them my booking on a laptop, they apologized and moved us to another dome. Critters slipped under the outer layer at night and ran around. The facilities need updating, with lots of rotted wood. Motorcycles on the hill are noisy day and night, there should be more menu options, and the pool was green and needed cleaning.

I fell in love with this small resort, which boasts luxury tents surrounded by a beautiful lawn. The staff was friendly, and the price was reasonable. The food was delicious, and I appreciated the unique setting. However, I did encounter some issues, such as a musty smell in my room, a power outage, and some minor maintenance issues. With a few improvements, I would have given it a full 5-star rating. For now, I'm happy to give it 4 stars and a smile.
The Wi‑Fi doesn’t reach most of the rooms.
My experience at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the cleanliness, peaceful atmosphere, and the staff's genuine hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even accommodating my late arrival. The organic and natural surroundings added to the serene ambiance, making it a truly zen-like experience. Although I missed meeting the hotel's mascot, Patatas, I was pleased to know they deserved a well-deserved break.
