I made a booking through an online platform, but when I arrived, the staff told me they don't use the platform and asked me to leave. This place is a complete scam. I booked and paid through an online platform, but when I arrived, they told me they don't work with the platform anymore and asked me to pay again in cash, doubling the price. They claimed it wasn't their problem and told me to talk to the booking platform, all through a Google translator since they don't speak English. I left and went to another place, and I'm still waiting for a refund.
