The room was spotless and well-maintained.
The hotel's location was great, and the staff were helpful when I checked in late.
The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the place was spotless.
The food was tasty, if a bit repetitive.

Good breakfast, but only every other day were hot dishes like scrambled eggs offered. The place was tidy, the service was excellent, and it was clean.
The breakfast staff were very friendly, and I had a cozy clean room with a mountain view.
“Dobre miejsce na krótki pobyt z ładnym widokiem na góry”
The room, freshly renovated and labeled as an apartment, featured a modern bathroom with a vanity, free parking right in front, three connected balconies, a fridge and a coffee‑and‑tea set, plus comfortable beds and lovely mountain views from both the windows and balconies. The Tulipan resort sits in one of the famous Ustrzyki‑Krasne pyramids, and the location is remote – you have to walk far to the water‑drinking hall or the centre, and the exterior building looks long‑neglected with crumbling plaster and dirty balconies that give little security at night when balcony doors are open. I booked a two‑room apartment with separate bedroom and living area as shown online, but got a three‑room walkthrough unit with no door separating the bedroom and the TV only in the bedroom; the sofa‑room with fridge felt pointless because the coffee set was in the other space. The biggest flaw was the lack of air‑conditioning or even a fan – at 16:00 check‑in in summer the room hit nearly 29 °C, and guests are told not to open windows and to place a wet towel on their necks. Breakfast was typical sanatorium fare: instant coffee, milk soup, a portion of scrambled eggs, plus cold cuts, cheese, a hard‑boiled egg, cucumber and tomato; the dining room did have air‑conditioning.
The place was quiet and peaceful, and everything was close by.
“Zwiędły Tulipan”
The location was good and parking had no issues, but the décor felt old, the carpet, blankets and curtains were dirty, the café didn’t work, and the balconies that people were afraid to go out onto were spilling. The outside also needed a bit more tidiness.
