I got to the hotel late at night and the front desk told me my reservation wasn’t paid, even though I’d charged it to my card when I booked. They wouldn’t let me check‑in, so I had to run around looking for another place in the middle of the night and ended up spending a few hundred reais extra. It was a huge embarrassment and a total waste of time.

The spot is right near the conference center, which was handy, but the room felt more like a cheap motel than a hotel. The shower dripped nonstop, the walls were paper‑thin and we could hear people having sex in the next rooms, and breakfast was far below any reasonable standard. Reception staff were indifferent, and my colleague even left early, forfeiting a night he’d already paid for. Not a good choice for business travel.

I thought I was booking a hotel, but the place acted like a noisy motel with a cigarette‑smelling room. The shower kept leaking all night, the bed was lumpy, and the constant noise from other guests’ activities made it impossible to sleep, so I checked out early. I can’t see why it’s listed as a hotel at all.

The street noise was relentless, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the bathroom didn’t even have a door, which made the whole stay pretty unpleasant.
