The location was great, close to a cheap public parking lot, the train station, and Aversa’s center. The room was quiet, spacious, and the bathroom matched its size. The finishes suggested a recent renovation and were tasteful without being over the top. The elevator made it easy to bring luggage up to the 4th floor, and the air‑conditioning was appreciated. The enclosed balcony didn’t let me see outside from the room, but it did keep the noise down.

The spot was near the station, so we could visit Naples without driving in the city. It was a 5‑minute walk from the station, and parking was available in a nearby garage just a 3‑minute walk away. The host communicated well and arranged the parking, including the €10 per day fee. The accommodation was large, clean, and comfortable.
