The hotel was great near the beach with air conditioning and comfy beds, the hot tub and pool were wonderful, but we thought we had booked a balcony room (per pictures) and the staff told us none were available when we arrived; another staff member managed to give us a balcony room for one of our two nights, showing good customer service. Rooms on the first floor have a limited sea view because the seaside restaurants are directly in front of the hotel, so ask for a higher floor when you reserve.

Breakfast wasn’t included, the price differed when I got there, the hotel felt more like an institution with no windows and was loud; there are better places on the malecon and breakfast was not complimentary as some other reviews claim.
