The building is gorgeous, fully air‑conditioned and stocked with everything you could need. It sits in lush greenery and absolute calm, with plenty of parking. The owners are exceptional and incredibly kind, always ready to cover any shortfall—be it coffee, a grater, oil, salt, pepper, and the like. They offered us homemade cured meats for breakfast and a fantastic homemade tart. Their artisanal shop of local products was also superb, and we happily bought several items. We loved everything.

Set in nature and total silence, the resort is perfect for unwinding. The owner greeted me personally, very kind and helpful. Everything was clean and the breakfast had everything I needed. I also recommend stopping by their zero‑kilometre shop for excellent local products.

The location was very quiet aside from some barking dogs, and our hosts responded instantly when the hot water stopped, giving us freedom to move around and a great view; however, we could not verify the claimed 35 m² or a balcony, the space felt cramped, heating relied only on an air‑conditioner that didn’t cut it, there was no evening seating area on the grounds, the balcony stayed cool and shady, and the metal bed rattled with every movement.

“Solo agri niente turismo”

The place is hard to find. The staff made me wait almost an hour for check‑in because they had to order sandwiches and the owner was chatting with acquaintances. The exterior and interior were poorly maintained, with electrical outlets taped and handles taped. Breakfast wasn’t as described; it was all commercial items in the room. Service was poor; the lady who handed us the keys didn’t explain anything and never entered the room. The room was freezing and we had to turn on the boiler ourselves.
