Nothing about this hotel pleased me; it was the worst I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms looked disgusting, the doors were broken, and the staff should be fired—especially the black man at the front desk who acted like an asshole to me and flirted with a homeless lady.

The location was the best because it was right in the middle of everything we planned to do, food spots were close, and it was easy to find. The front desk person didn’t seem excited to check my reservation at first but eventually did after hesitating. I didn’t like that my room smelled like cigarettes even though I’m a non‑smoker. I also didn’t like that I hit my ankle several times because the bed frame was sticking out, the floorboards were broken, and the pillows had stains on them.

The property was nicely renovated and clean, the pool is always well maintained, and the staff keep the place tidy.
