If I had to point out anything, the rooms had been renovated, but the front desk was disappointing; at checkout they barely glanced my way and gave a perfunctory greeting, which left me feeling annoyed.

The place is well situated close to Wakayama Station, yet the sink was dirty with a strong odor, the room lacked ventilation, the shower water temperature was wildly unstable, and parking was not provided (they charged me 1000).
