Amazing facilities, a beautiful property full of indoor greenery, staff were amazing, and the indoor heated pool and spa were great for kids.

The vibe, plants, and atmosphere created by friendly and helpful staff were great, the aesthetics were impressive, and overall it felt fantastic, though the roadworks outside weren’t great, which is beyond the hotel’s control.

The staff were all warm, friendly, and helpful, and I never ran into any issues. The plants and wooden décor made the hotel feel grounded and homey, which relaxed me even more. Every facility was well equipped and maintained, and the fresh fruit in the foyer was a nice touch. The location was close enough to the city yet had a cool vibe overlooking the river, and the wellness centre was incredibly relaxing and a great addition to the property.

I loved the location, bed and pillows, greenery, staff attitude, tap on the bench, products in the bathroom and the hot rainfall shower. Brilliant. There was a little corner shaped rip in the middle of our bedsheet when we first pulled back the bed clothes but I ignored it because I am not fussy. :))
