The location is good, close to the center, and next to a restaurant that opens in the morning and stays open late. Cleanliness, easy check‑in, and a discreet host. The downside is the noise from cars at night. If you keep the window closed it’s fine, but you can’t stay because it gets hot and the air conditioning blows toward the bed. Also, for those who don’t read carefully: the bathroom is shared and on the hallway.

The place is wonderful, with various beaches nearby that aren’t too crowded, clean water, many restaurants for take‑away, and overall we were satisfied.

Marlen is a lovely host and a kind person. The location was fabulous, and the amenities were amazing—kitchen, large shower, AC, etc. I’d definitely stay again and have already recommended this place to friends.
