The customer service was outstanding, with super friendly staff always ready to help with anything from taxis to gluten‑free emails to booking outside services. The rooms were comfortable, the bathroom was outdated but still clean and cozy. The espresso coffee at breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast spread included a good selection of fruit, pastries, on‑demand omelettes, and other foods I hadn’t tried before.
