Locatie. Er zaten ratten tussen het dak en hat plafond. Je hoorde ze rennen en piepen. Het klonk alsof ze ieder moment in je bed zouden vallen. De eerste avond heb ik het gemeld bij de receptie. Toen werd verteld dat het geen ratten zijn maar apen. De 2de avond weer gemeld. Toen zouden ze proberen de exterminator te laten komen. Dat duurde zolang, dat we uiteindelijk zelf zijn vertrokken naar een andere accomodatie

“Very disappointed. Poor use of my money. Would not recommend.”

The cleaning crew and the gardener greeted me warmly, and the gardener was especially patient since I’m afraid of dogs, which were on the premises. Unfortunately, the property has dogs and the whole place reeks of dog poo; the patio and pool area were covered in fur, making it impossible to enjoy the garden or outdoor spaces. I never saw any notice about pets on the website, so I wouldn’t have booked here if I had known. The room matched the photos but had a mouldy smell, which was disappointing. I received no guidance on where to get breakfast, so despite it being included, I couldn’t eat it; I tried texting and calling the owner but got no reply. Overall, it was a poor use of my money, earning me a 1/10, because the pet smell and fur were the worst aspects, even though the property itself looks nice.
