The rooms are modern, clean, and very reasonably priced. The restaurant offers great value and was very accommodating, even though it had a fixed menu they kindly altered a few items for us – the pâté was homemade! The only issue was parking on site, but we managed to find a spot when a few restaurant guests left.

Easy to find, clean and tidy, with very friendly staff and nice food.

The breakfast was superb and very filling, though you have to order it on the day of arrival. The bathroom lighting was a bit just.

The room was really nice, especially the huge bath. Nothing else to note.

The location is strategic and affordable compared to Belgium, which is just a few steps away. There’s reserved parking and the breakfast is superb. The place looks a bit run-down, but it has everything it needs. The room is spacious, the bed comfortable, Wi‑Fi works, and the toilet in the bathroom is slightly higher than usual – you end up with your legs dangling. Unfortunately, the address we booked was not the actual hotel location but close by; we were told about the change via email, but when you’re traveling you don’t check your mail constantly. Despite that, the hotel staff were very kind and waited for us even though we were late. An Italian in Belgium (anywhere) will miss the bidet in the bathroom, but that’s expected. The room we were assigned had no windows and a bath in the bathroom – an interesting solution, but not for claustrophobics.
