The place is in a terrible state of repair, old furniture and broken sofas, all the taps dripped, the kitchen door to the terrace wouldn’t close, the windows didn’t block the cold, the lights went out twice in one night, the armchairs were broken and had a piece of wood stuck underneath to keep them from tipping, they haven’t invested anything in the house, it’s just a sham to squeeze profit without any minimal investment.

Good location. The kitchen and appliances weren’t clean. The stove was old and rusted. The host refused to help us call emergency services for our friend who was in bad shape, so we had to get help from neighbors; later he was admitted to the hospital.

The chalet was spacious with great views, and the location among the mountains was nice. The pool was closed even though it was one of the filters I used in my search, the playgrounds were also inaccessible because neighbors warned me the stairs and some facilities were in bad shape. The house didn’t match the photos; some parts were outdated. Some tables were new and in perfect condition, others were not.

The surroundings were nice. The accommodation we were given looked like a half‑basement, was very old and poorly maintained.
