What really impressed me was the staff: friendly, thoughtful, humble, yet confident and graceful. Unfortunately, at one point a chemical or crude‑oil smell wafted through the front of the building, spoiling a moment of what had otherwise been a very favorable experience. It lasted only a few minutes, and the staff apologized, identified the source, and assured us of safety.

Emplacement idéal, à proximité de tout. Personnel au top mention spéciale à Cheikh et Moulaye :) sans oublier Mati! Chambre spacieuse. Petit déjeuner pas assez varié mais correct

The staff are available. The manager is incompetent, didn’t understand what service should be offered to guests, and did whatever he wanted! There was no on‑site dining as indicated in the reservation. The breakfast was a two‑week egg cure.

The room is clean, the staff are attentive and available at any hour. The TV is a problem: there is a TV but no channels. To watch directly you had to log in via YouTube, which was often difficult due to poor network. The power outage happened five times.

A family‑friendly hotel in a good location, staff very friendly and pleasant, including the director. Very quiet and well decorated. Breakfast is acceptable.
