Vanesa is super attentive – she really makes sure you’re okay, and that’s appreciated. The place is only a 10‑minute walk to Plaza de Armas, the restaurants, and there’s a food shop right next door. If you need to catch the bus to Puerto Natales, the Bus Sur terminal is just 15 minutes away, so the location is really convenient.

“Warm host, relaxed and comfortable stay”

The host is a warm, friendly woman who’s ready to help at every step. We got to check in at 9 am instead of the usual 2 pm, and even left our bags there for a whole day after we checked out. She gave us free water, a bed warmer for the winter, and the room was big enough. It was hands down the best stay we had in Chile. The beach, the mirador, downtown, the bus terminal, and Plaza de Armas are all within a 10‑minute walk. It’s very safe, and my wife and I highly recommend it.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was great. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped – even had a heating pad for the bed. :) I’d definitely recommend this place; we were thrilled.

“Excelente opción precio calidad y locación”

Super recommendable, close to everything, safe, and the breakfast is awesome. The best option if you’re traveling solo. I liked everything, just a suggestion: maybe add a small space to brew tea in the afternoons. But the attention and hospitality were excellent – nothing I didn’t like.

“Süßes Hostel, sehr zu empfehlen”

The hostel is a real gem right in the heart of Punta Arenas. Staff greeted me warmly, and the room came with its own bathroom and even a heated blanket, which was a nice touch. Check‑in was a breeze and the breakfast was solid.
