“Poor service, poor facity”

I arrived expecting a breakfast, but there was none, and the BnB that was advertised doesn't even exist; the photos on the website are old and don't match the actual condition of the place. The staff were unhelpful, the massage was subpar, and the room ceiling was dirty and stained. There were no toilet seat covers, bath towels, or shower doors, and the fixtures were rusty. The bath and basin were filthy, and there were no TV channels. I feel like I wasted my hard-earned money on this booking and will never recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy; instead, I plan to warn as many people as possible to stay away.

The room itself was actually pretty nice, but it's worth mentioning that this place is a residential building, and the resident who lives here is a bit of a slob. I mean, I've seen cleaner apartments in my time.

The hotel's location is pretty central, but the room itself was a letdown. The linen wasn't exactly spotless, which was a bit of a turn-off. The bathroom was another story altogether – it desperately needed some TLC. The staff were friendly and helpful, though, which made up for some of the room's shortcomings.

I was really impressed with the hotel's location - it's right in the heart of town, so getting to the shops is a breeze. The staff are also super friendly and went out of their way to help me with anything I needed. However, my stay was a bit marred by some issues with the cleanliness of the bedding - I ended up coming back with a nasty rash on my skin, which was pretty frustrating.
