The service was excellent, all staff were helpful, the room was clean, the bed comfortable, the scent pleasant, the value great, the location convenient, and there was plenty of food—highly recommended.

This hotel completely exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, every staff member was wonderful, friendly, kind, and helpful. A special thank you to Bala and all the other girls, both at reception and during breakfast, who were always lovely and welcoming. ❤️ It’s definitely one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The service was excellent, the atmosphere amazing, and our view over the pool area was spectacular. We had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

“The stay was too short.”

I stayed in about 6 or 7 hotels while I was in Thailand, and ARNI hotel was the best in every way. It cost about 2 or 3 dollars more than the other two Bangkok hotels I used, but it was worth it. I only wish I had checked in a few days earlier. The room was good size, the AC was cold, the bed was comfortable, and the modern touches were plenty—so many that I can’t list them all. The staff were phenomenal. Just 2 blocks away, behind a 7‑Eleven, is a cool bar with pool tables and great food and beer, only a 3‑minute walk. The hotel is close to Punnawithi BTS and the beautiful mall there, right in the Sukhumvit 101 area. Nothing negative.

“Lovely”

The staff were absolutely wonderful—warm, attentive, and exceptionally helpful throughout my stay. Whenever they were unsure about something, they went above and beyond to find the right answer. Their honesty and trustworthiness were especially impressive: I accidentally left an item in my room, and when I emailed two days later, they promptly sent me a photo of it and assured me they would keep it safe at the front desk until I could collect it. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, with restaurants, shopping, and excellent transport options all close by. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the rooms were impressively large and spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. Nothing negative, except that it’s not a place for nightlife; you might find one or two places open late, but they’re off the main roads.
