I had a fantastic experience at this hotel - everything was great, and I wouldn't change a thing.

The pool was a nice spot, but that's about where the positives end. The TV was a disaster - I couldn't get a signal on any channel. The maid did a decent job cleaning, but they didn't change my sheets and took all the towels without replacing them, which was a bit frustrating. I had to track down some new towels, which wasn't ideal.

The hotel's surroundings are pretty great, with loads of trees around - it's really peaceful.

Location is super convenient - close to the airport, malecon, aquatic park, and that awesome pizza place, and still not too far from colonial city.
